We have simplified the Egino 3 version to the bare minimum. The magnets have been replaced by quick threads and the cap has shrunk. Environmentally demanding titanium has been replaced by immortal stainless steel.

The fountain pen of our own design with solid wood, stainless steel and brass is made by a combination of hand craft and CNC machining. It offers a fast thread closing and clip citation to prevent rolling on flat surfaces. The pen is completely developed and manufactured in our workshop in the Czech Republic.

Nothing will disturb you
When open, the pen is smooth, allowing you to grip it at any height. It is well balanced and resists drying for a long time. On the cap there is a citation pen clip preventing from rolling on a surface.
Touch the wood
Egino 3 wood is finished with eco-friendly water-based wax oil. The wood is thus not enclosed under a thick layer of catong and yet is sufficiently protected. Every time you grasp your Kayu, you feel the touch of nature.
Thinner and more sustainable
We replaced the titanium with stainless steel. It is slightly heavier, but it is many times more nature-friendly. To make the pen even lighter, we’ve narrowed its diameter to a great 10.5 mm.
You can rely on the nib
The nib is the heart of every pen. That’s why we use high-quality nibs from German manufacturers. There are several nib thicknesses or surface finishes to choose from. You can also choose from filling with cartridges or a converter.

The open length is measured including the tip without the cap, the grip space is 30 mm.
Grip diameter
10,5 mm
The grip diameter is measured at the point of contact between the grip and the barrel, but is the same throughout the pen.
Weight
23 g
The pen weighs 23 g with one cartridge and without the cap on, 29.5 g including the cap.
Filling
With all Kayu Egino pens, you can choose whether you want to refill the pen with cartridges or draw ink from the inkwell with a converter.
Nibs
We use very high quality tips from German manufacturers in basic writing parth thicknesses F, M and B and surface finishes steel, gold-plated steel and solid gold. However, there are many more options.
Engraving
For an additional fee of CZK 480, we are able to provide the pen with a monogram or text according to your requirements.
Customization
If you want a pen with a special shape, different length or with a hand engraving, we will be happy to accommodate you. Let your imagination run wild.
